Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! Got Watts exceeded all expectations with our solar installation. After comparing several companies, their no-pressure approach and transparent pricing won us over. Jarrett and Jeremy were incredibly knowledgeable during the initial process, answering every question thoroughly without any pushy tactics. Once we signed on, the coordination was flawless. Mallory, Jennifer, and Lindsay handled everything efficiently. Arnold and Anthony were great and thorough as well. Dan was our project manager and was absolutely fantastic—patient, smart, and always followed through on every commitment. The installation crew, including Joe, John, James, and Marc, was professional and efficient. They completed the work faster than expected while maintaining exceptional quality. Marc handled the final inspection and patiently walked us through everything. The communication was excellent, pricing was fair with no hidden fees, and the workmanship was outstanding. Our system is running perfectly. Highly recommend Got Watts for solar or electrical work!
I had an excellent experience with this company. I picked them since unlike other solar installers, they also do HVAC and all around electrical work. So this is a company that would last. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish and did an outstanding job 100%. Jarrett, my initial point of contact, was prompt in providing a quote, and took time to explain it even past the regular working hours. Anthony, Did the site visit and assessment was patient and looked into documenting the current site conditions to make sure there are no surprises with install. The office group of Lindsay, Jennifer and Mallory was accommodating even when I added an EV charger to the scope in the middle of the project, without adding to the timeline for the project. The electrical crew, Daniel, Joe and Waylon not only completed the work flawlessly but also took the time to identify and fix an unrelated issue in my house that I never knew, and made things right. A separate rooftop crew installed my panels (Jose, John, Jason, Kevin, Isaac and Steven) in half the day, even took time to do their exercise as a group for safety. Lastly, the knowledgeable Marc who did the Inspection and Commissioning was very patient with my questions and I felt as ease since Got Watts as a group definitely know their stuff. I would definitely call them again for future projects in my house.

We recently had solar panels and a battery backup installed by Got Watts, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Chris did a fantastic job with the system design, making sure everything was tailored to our home and needs. Marc handled the commissioning and was extremely thorough -- he even caught a small issue during setup that was fixed immediately. Lindsay in the home office kept everything organized and on track, always responsive and professional. Everyone we worked with was on time, professional, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. It's rare to find a company that delivers this level of service across the board, and Got Watts exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
We got quotes from a few different (and non-local) solar install companies. Got Watts was able to guarantee (AND BEAT) the deadlines for getting our roof top solar installed. Not a lot of installers will work with cement tile, but Got Watts did a great job. Dan and his team prepped our electrical and removed our existing solar thermal/pv and left everything clean and tidy. Jose, Jason and their trainees did a great job explaining and making sure the install went clean, and even came back to complete the job on a hot day. Mallory and the rest of the office folks kept us informed and our project on track. Gus made the inspection and commissioning a walk in the park and answer my many questions. I am very happy to also have met Troy for our initial site survey. I hope they keep up the great work.
I had a great experience with Got Watts Electric. This is truly a highly professional company who are clearly experts in the field. From the first sales call to the final bill collection, everything was handled perfectly. The pricing was good and fair. The team at Got Watts was very strong. In particular, Jarrett in sales was extremely well informed, relatable, and went out of his way, even on weekends and his daughter's birthday, to answer my questions with minutes of my asking them. The other person I need to name is Dan Harold, my project manager. Dan is amazing. So smart, so patient with me, and always followed through. I knew I was in good hands the whole time. I went with a newer to the US product, Ecoflow for the batteries, ev charger, and smart panel, and I couldn't be happier. Ecoflow is an incredible product and I have them to also be an amazing company to work with. The founder of Ecoflow came to my house to hear about my experience. THE FOUNDER! It was amazing. Apparently, I am one of the first people in California to go with Ecoflow, and I couldn't be happier. I wanted local, I wanted high quality products, I wanted fair prices, and I wanted excellent service. With Got Watts, I got it all. Without hesitation, I recommend them for your solar and electrical needs.

Had a great experience with Got Watts from the first touch point through the installation and inspection process of our new solar system and whole house fan. They have a portal that shows what the process is and where you are in it. I got messages informing me anytime the status changed. Everyone I met from the company was super personable and on top of things. The communication was wonderful and Mallory kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime they came out for site survey, install and inspection I got a text message ahead of time letting me know when they would arrive. All-in-all it was an experience that surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend this company to anyone else looking for solar or electrical!
I decided to install solar panels with battery storage to my home. I did some research online and consulted with my neighbors who had recently installed solar panels. After hearing pitches from 4 other solar companies, I talked with Got Watts. They proposed a solar power system with EcoFlow batteries, inverter and related panel that made a lot of sense. Pricing was a bit higher than other solar companies, but they clearly don’t take shortcuts and they do first rate work. They were efficient and timely with installation and all work was done by Got Watts personnel (no subcontractors). They care about quality work and make sure that all of your questions and choices regarding solar power installation are addressed. Great team at Got Watts and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to add solar power, batteries or address other electrical work.

We hired Got Watts for our solar and battery installation. The entire process went so smoothly. Communication was great across all team members. I loved that nothing felt pushy. I was able to take my time and explore options. A special shout out to Alex that did most of the work on our property. He was amazing to work with. Tim and Jessie were also excellent. The GottWatts team is large, and it pulled together a complex installation involving 34 solar panels, 2 large batteries, and a new 200 Amp service panel. Got Watts greatly exceeded our expectations. Clear explanation of what to expect and all install timelines and costs gone over upfront. They helped dial in the project to meet our goals and after 2 weeks of operation we are thrilled with the results. Install barely took two days and super professional. We looked at some larger national companies and found Got Watts to be more thorough and cost effective. Absolutely recommend Got Watts for your Solar needs.

Total professionals from start to finish. From the time we signed up with Got Watts to the day we were able to power up the system was about 5 weeks. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and focused on getting us to this point. 10/10 would use these folks again.
Did a Tesla powerwall+Span Panel upgrade from Got Watt? and had a great experience. The home had 208V power from the grid that we didn't realize and incompatible with the powerwall, instead of giving up and just refunding, Got Watt took the extra effort to develop and install a solution without extra charge.

Purchased Solar from Got Watts due to all the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. Every staff member is professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The project was executed exactly as they outlined from the beginning and any issues or questions we had along the way were quickly and professionally addressed. I would recommend Got Watts to anyone and everyone looking for a trustworthy Solar or HVAC company.
These are the folks to hire. Time from the initial design to permitting was PG&E review was quick. Install, sign off and PTO would have been just as fast but we had to wait for our roof to be replaced. Roofers were slammed and weather didn’t help any. When the roof went on we were scheduled for solar install the next week! Crews were very professional, shared knowledge, and recommended approaches that saved time and money.
